Paul Revere Jr. (1734-1818) apprenticed as a silversmith with his father, a French Huguenot silversmith Apollos Rivoire, known in America as Paul Revere, Sr. (1702-1754). Paul Revere Jr. inherited his father's shop in 1754 and continued to run a successful business selling silver, jewelry, tools, hardware, and imported textiles.
Bowl very slightly worn.
