Marguerite was a turn of the century aviation and racing printmaker married to printmaker Ernest Montaut. She invented various artist techniques incl. deliberate distortion to denote speed, a technique used to this day. Gamy-Montaut prints document historical events in the early history of motorized transportation, including Power Boat Racing, Motorcycle and Motor Car Racing, Motor Car Touring, Zeppelins and Airplanes.
