BILL SAMAHA'S EARTHENWARE DISH and AMERICAN FLAG
still folded in its original box, forty eight stars (1912-1959), 46" by 68"
G.W. fought in the Korean War where he was seriously injured saving a comrade. He was told his arm needed to be amputated. He refused the surgery and the arm healed. Bill received a Purple Heart for his valiant service.
At his most recent birthday this September, Bill said, "I never thought I'd survive the Korean War, and I never thought I would see 92."; along with a
19th c. EARTHENWARE LOAF DISH,
WILLIAM, 10" by 12" (chip to reverse at rim; letter L has in the making smudge)
