From a major, long-time collector of Americana in the Boston area.
Haskell and Allen's most memorable productions were their horse prints. Haskell began as a print seller with Haskell and Ripley in 1868. A year later he began a partnership with George Allen. In 1873 they moved to 61 Hanover St in Boston where they did well; however, in 1878 they went bankrupt.
Bottom corners/edges in margin appear to have restored water damage.
