Probably from the workshop of Miguel Cabrera (1695-1768), recognized as one of the greatest painters of New Spain (Mexico). After the original done in 1722 found in the Cathedral Basilica de Nuestra Madre Santissima in Leon, Guanajuato, Mexico. As is customary for popular works, many duplications of the original were commissioned from this workshop.
