Service made for Charles Talbot, born 1685, a barrister at the Inner Temple in 1710, and became Solicitor General in 1726. In 1733 he became Lord High Chancellor and was elevated to the peerage as Baron Talbot of Hensol in Glamorgan.
From a Cambridge, MA home, descended through the family of Sarah Tod (Mrs. Jonathan) Bulkley.
Some spots of stacking wear on innermost band of well.
