c. 1840, made by same hand as previous lot, pierced carved gallery with inset mirror, inset marble over four drawers with floral carving, carved feet, 57"h; 38.5"w; 20.5"d
Descended through the Brown/Slocum family of Bellevue Ave., Newport, RI.
Harold Brown, descendent of John and Moses Brown, commissioned a summer mansion on Bellevue Ave, Newport RI to be built in the late 19th c. This was adjacent to his parent's mansion.
