JOHN RUSKIN (British, 1819-1900)
framed as one: an ink and watercolor of a tree branch; a four-page, double-sided letter dated 1856 written by Ruskin to his Uncle; a portrait litho; and two photographs of Ruskin,
total incl. frame 17" by 43.5"; watercolor 7.5" by 10.25" (sight)
Letter is framed so that back pages are visible.
Remained in a New Jersey family for three generations.
Two tears in mat of litho; watercolor has small foxing in two places, a small hole in upper left corner, and a corner tear in mat of watercolor.
