CONNECTICUT QUEEN ANNE CHERRY SECRETARY ON FRAME
18th c., three parts, broken-arch bonnet top, above pair of blind flat-panel doors flanked by fluted pilasters, slant lid, stepped shell carved interior with drawers and cubbies, above four graduated drawers; the step-molded frame with scrolled apron, cabriole legs and ball and feet, 83"h; 35"w; 19"d
The upper case is unusually constructed to conform to an 18th c. room with paneled wainscoting.
Some minor restoration appropriate for age.
