three alphabets, floral vine, floral basket and geometric border, the bottom with sheep, owl and various birds, dog, deer and trees, 15.5" by 17.5" (sight), in old mahogany frame, under glass
Determination of the Stivous School is based on the technique of using long silk stitches (sometimes called the 'Salem long-stitch styler'), and in addition, the rendering of the sky.
