c. 1830, the exterior with figures greeting a dignitary, the reverse with figures in a pavilion, alternating with side cartouches of figures, on gold ground with butterflies; the interior rim with band of alternating cartouches of birds above wide band of butterflies, florals and insects, the center of the bowl with women in a garden, footed base, 15"diam.
