signed with needlework calligraphy, depicting a high ranking gentleman sitting at a table in a garden pavilion, with attendants and men bearing gifts; a deer to one side, a stork to the other, and auspicious symbols, on green silk, 14" by 68"
Prov. Given as a gift from Senator Green of Rhode Island in April 1944 (along with Green's calling card).
Very good and vivid. One gold thread loose. Has been folded, tear at fold.
