William Barton of of Grove in Co. Tipperary, Ireland. This service was made and possibly ordered through the Swedish East India company. Upon his death in 1792, his son, Hugh, inherited the family business in Bordeaux and made a great fortune. He is the ancestor of prominent wine growers of Bordeaux today (Chateau Barton).
